"I came to see Jesus, the Author and Finisher of my Faith. I also came to learn about the long running Israel Palestine Conflicts and the history of this super interesting region. We'll be here for 8days visiting Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Hebron, Negev, Sderot, Ramallah, Haifa and Jericho.

"I've seen the Birthplace of Jesus (The Church of the Nativity) in Bethlehem and his Crucifix and Tomb (The Holy Sepulchre) in Jerusalem. Visited the Aida Refugee Camp and others in the West Bank and will see the Israeli Palestinian Borders. Jesus, Take this Wheel over."

Police officer who made headlines for helping initiate the processes that led to the rescue of the schoolgirls kidnapped in Lagos has been honoured    Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau and CSP Abba Kyari   Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, on Friday, March 31, honoured CSP Abba Kyari, the police officer who was behind the team that led the Special Intelligence Response Team that rescued the 3 abducted school girls in Ikorodu, with a Presidential Award for Courage.   It will be recalled that CSP Kyari led the operation that rescued the kidnappedgirls on March 6th.   CSP Kyari also led the team that rescued the mother of Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, who was abducted in Delta state in 2012.   It is an honour well deserved.   See more photos below:

Soldier Missing While Fighting Boko Haram in Borno Over a Year Has Been Confirmed Dead

Tijani died fighting Boko Haram insurgents   A man has shared touching stories and photos of his cousin who allegedly got missing and died during an attack by dreaded terrorist group, Boko Haram.     Abdul Usman took to Facebook to pay his last respect to the fallen hero. He paid tribute to his late cousin by name Tijani aka TJ who served in the Nigerian Army.   Usman wrote:  "T.J all your friends and well wishers will always remember you because you died for their cause, you died for the liberation of your own people and your land against terrorists the invaders. I remember calling a lady who owed me some money and she didn't pick my calls. I called 10 times and still no answer.. A very popular rapper renowned for speaking out against government has been sent to jail alongside 16 other activists.   Luaty Beirao   Luaty Beirao, a very prominent Angolan rapper has been sentenced to five-and-a-half years in prison for planning a rebellion against President Jose Eduardo dos Santos.   BBC reports that Luaty Beirao was sentenced by a court in the capital, Luanda, along with 16 other activists who were given jail terms of between two and eight years.   Amnesty International said they had been sentenced by a "kangaroo court".   The 17 were arrested in June after discussing a book about non-violent resistance at their book club.   Beirao, also known by his stage name Ikonoklasta, has been an outspoken critic of the government, calling for a fairer distribution of the southern African state's oil wealth.   He embarked on a five-week hunger strike in September in protest at his detention.   ...
