Pretty Nigerian Woman Who Died at a Lagos Hospital During Childbirth Buried Amid Tears (Photos)

Chisom Okereke, the pretty young mother of two who died tragically on April 30th, 2017, while giving birth to her third child (who also died), has been laid to rest amid tears in Awka, Anambra state.
 
Family sources said Chisom was abandoned and left unattended to deal with labour pains and other pregnancy complications at the Magodo Specialist Hospital. The family had accused the hospital of causing the death of the woman as they ask for justice on her case.
 
 
She was said to have had two children at the same hospital before she went there to deliver the third which later turned out to be 'a great mistake.
 
The doctors were said to have neglected her during labour, deceived the husband to go prepare for blood transfusion just to cover up their tracks while he was away.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the deceased was buried after a commendation service by the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) on Saturday. Speaking at the burial ceremony, Gov. Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa said Alamieyeseigha’s demise was a trying time to the people of Ijaw nation. Dickson described him as “a bridge builder” who believed in what is right for his people. “A bridge builder has departed in our state; a man who knows what is right and just. “We know we have lost a true hero but we have put ourselves together and pray for his gentle soul to rest in peace,” he said. Deeper Life Church Ordered to Pay Celestial Church N5million

The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division has ordered the Registered Trustees of Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM) to pay N5 million as damages for trespass on land owned by the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC). This means that the Appeal Court upheld an earlier judgement by a Lagos High Court.     It was gathered that the CCC had, through its representative, Joseph Ebhodaghe, sued DCLM over a disputed land measuring approximately 1055.864 square meters, situated at Mulero area of Agege and registered as No. 75 Volume 2004T at the Lagos State Land Registry, Ikeja.   At the High Court, Justice Candide-Johnson in a judgment delivered on January 17, 2014, declared Celestial Church as the rightful owner of the disputed land and awarded N5m as damages against Deeper Life.   The court also granted a perpetual injunction restraining DCLM, its agents or servants from further trespass on the disputed land.   But, DCLM dissatisfied with the ...

  A SEMA official gathering the remains of the suicide bombers   Three suspected Boko Haram suicide bombers have died in an attempt to attack Muna Garage, Dabarmari and Dusuma villages in Maiduguri metropolis.   The incident occurred at about 4:38am on Sunday morning. Only the three suicide bombers all males, were affected by the blast.   Officials of the Borno State of the Emergency Management Agency were on ground to santize the area of the bombing and evacuate the remains of the bombers.   See the photos below;
