Several members of the dreaded Boko Haram sect have been killed by the Nigerian troops as they were engaged in a fierce battle in Bama, Borno State. The Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, said in statement on Saturday that the troops of the 115 Task Force Battalion who carried out the operation also destroyed an Improvised Explosive Devices factory in the area. The troops of the Nigerian Army have killed nine members of the Boko Haram sect during a clearance operation at Wulwuta near Jere in Bama Local Government Area of Borno State.
