The presidential media chat will begin at 7 p.m. local time (1 p.m. EST) and will be broadcast live on the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, said presidential spokesman Femi Adesina. Josh Webb killed his mother   Police in Oregon say a man entered a grocery store over the weekend while carrying the severed head of his mother before allegedly stabbing a cashier seven times.   According to Inside Edition, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested 36-year-old Josh Webb and charged him with murder and attempted murder after the horrific scene unfolded at the Estacada Thriftway outside Portland.   In a 911 call placed at about 2 p.m. Sunday, the caller reported a male had entered the store, soaked in blood and holding a knife and what looked like a human head.   Before the shock had a chance to register with witnesses, the scene somehow grew more terrifying as cops say the assailant stabbed a cashier multiple times with the bloody knife, according to KGW.    In a subsequent 911 call, a witness told the operator that employees had restrained the assailant and requested medical help for the victim.   Minutes later, a 911 call came from
