Pygophilia, Sadism, Anililagnia & More: 10 S*xual Rituals People Don't Know They Practice
Sexual
fetishism is a s*xual focus on a non-living object or non-genital body
part. The object of interest is called the fetish while the person who
has a fetish for that object is a fetishist.
S*xual fetishism appears to be discussed in hushed tones for a
number of reasons as most people falter from confessing what actually
turns them on.
This however doesn’t mean a lot of people do not enjoy or indulge
in them. Realistically anything can be turned into a fetish, it just
depends on a person’s desires and preferences. Everyone has got their
own fetish, and it may be anything.
Below is a list of 10 weird sexual fetishes which people enjoy in reality but don’t know they practice:
1. Anililagnia
It is probably the most common fetish there is which means an
attraction to older women. There are a lot of men who find women that
are older than them immensely attractive. If you’re a man and your thing
is older women, your fetish is probably anililagnia.
2. Voyeurism
Quite a good number of people are unconsciously into this but they
find it difficult to admit it. Voyeurism basically describes people that
get sexually aroused by looking at the naked bodies of other people
having s*x.
3. Retifism
This is otherwise known as shoe fetishism which has been portrayed
time in movies. People with this fetish are commonly attracted to women
in high heeled shoes while they may also have a love for certain
features of the leg such as open toes in shoes.
4. Underwear fetishism
Underwear Fetishism is characterised by focusing on an array of
underwears ranging from pants, bras, pantyhose and certain types of
fabrics including lace and leather. If you notice your partner staring
at you intensely while you wear or take off your underwear, they may be
displaying a harmless fetish of theirs.
5. Sadism
This one describes you if you’re the type that enjoys pain during
intercourse. This is also a fairly common fetish that may range from
harsh biting, whipping, biting and candle wax. Sadism is basically about
enjoying pain and inflicting pain on your partner for the purpose of
gaining sexual pleasure.
6. Pygophilia
Pygophilia describes people that have an immense sexual love for
buttocks. This fetish is ideally not weird since quite a number of
people in Nigeria have this salient fetish in them.
7. Podophilia
Podophilia is a type of sexual fetish that refers to a sexual love
for the foot. If differs from retifism in that there’s a marked interest
by the individual in licking and smelling of the foot during sexual
interaction, and a love for foot treatment and good aesthetic appearance
of the toes and feet.
8. Trichophilia
A person with trichophilia is sexually aroused by hair. More
specifically, they gain arousal by looking or touching hair on the head,
chest and hair on other parts of the body. This sexual fetish
transcends men and women with men mostly enjoying the long silky hair on
a woman and women in reverse enjoying the stubble of a man’s brow or
hair on his chest.
9. Pictophilia
Pictophilia is one of the few fetishes that might help you
understand your #boyfriend a little better. Men are very visual
creatures and this could better explain why. This common fetish is all
about having a fascination with pornographic pictures. This actually can
be alone or with their partner. So if your guy looks at porn, this
could be one of the fetishes that he has!
10. Water
It may seem rather weird but water is quite a popular fetish with
both genders. Running water somehow does the magic for some people. Let
it be a shower or even rain, hearing it or looking at it turns them on.
To take things even further, some women feel aroused by the lightning
and thunder. The view of massive flashes of light suddenly embarks their
sudden lust for sex.
