Police officer who made headlines for helping initiate the processes that led to the rescue of the schoolgirls kidnapped in Lagos has been honoured    Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau and CSP Abba Kyari   Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, on Friday, March 31, honoured CSP Abba Kyari, the police officer who was behind the team that led the Special Intelligence Response Team that rescued the 3 abducted school girls in Ikorodu, with a Presidential Award for Courage.   It will be recalled that CSP Kyari led the operation that rescued the kidnappedgirls on March 6th.   CSP Kyari also led the team that rescued the mother of Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, who was abducted in Delta state in 2012.   It is an honour well deserved.   See more photos below:

Apparently furious about a report published by an online medium, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stressed that he never granted any interview speaking on the current defections in the nation's polity. Soldier Missing While Fighting Boko Haram in Borno Over a Year Has Been Confirmed Dead

Tijani died fighting Boko Haram insurgents   A man has shared touching stories and photos of his cousin who allegedly got missing and died during an attack by dreaded terrorist group, Boko Haram.     Abdul Usman took to Facebook to pay his last respect to the fallen hero. He paid tribute to his late cousin by name Tijani aka TJ who served in the Nigerian Army.   Usman wrote:  "T.J all your friends and well wishers will always remember you because you died for their cause, you died for the liberation of your own people and your land against terrorists the invaders.   A man named Uchena Tony Ehumadu who reportedly r*ped his 15-year-old daughter earlier this week and has been at large, have been finally arrested by the officials of the Lagos Police command.   The suspect's wife reportedly caught him in the act, and told the police that whenever she is on night duty that's when his hubby mostly have s*x with her daughter.    "Lagos @PoliceNG Arrest Rapist Father of 15yr-old Daughter Sleeps with her once mother goes for night duty. The girls were tricked into flashing their breasts for $100    A prankster has shared hilarious video of girls flashing their boobs for $100. The video which was uploaded on YouTube channel called PrankGenerator shows the host asking a lot of ladies in the street to show their boobs on camera for $100.      Although some were shy, they agreed but to their surprise, the money wasn't real and the whole thing was a set up prank. How Nigerian Air Force Wasted Arepo Militants in Ogun (Shocking Video)

  In a video posted on Twitter, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has released the footage of its latest raid and aerial attack on the base of militants in the Arepo area of Ogun state in an operation which was code-named ‘Operation Awatse’.   The video clip showed two aircraft hovering over a militant camp, which had at least 15 armed men. About five boats were seen beside some makeshift tents in the camp. The air force jets were apparently on a surveillance mission, as three fighter jets were later deployed to the location.   According to  TheCable News , the footage indicated that the jets released missiles into the creeks, but images of the attack strikes were not shown as jerry cans and boats used for siphoning crude oil were seen in the video, dated August 1.   Multiple reports reveals that prior to the operation, the militants wreaked havoc on different coastal communities in Lagos and Ogun states, as they killed, robbed, r*ped and kidnappe...
