FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who is presently in Nigeria for a short visit was made to rock a Nigerian traditional outfit as he stepped out for a dinner last night in Abuja.



The gala dinner held in Abuja for his support of football development in Africa.

The FIFA boss and Secretary General Fatma Samoura, who are in the country on a two-day visit -were honoured at the special dinner eventNigeria’s political heavyweights and captains of industry.

Consumption of African Salad, 'Abacha' Kills 6 in Lagos

Local dish - African salad (Abacha)   Six deaths have already been recorded as the Lagos State Government on Thursday, disclosed that 45 cases of cholera disease was recorded in Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of the state.   Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, the State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Jide Idris explained that out of the six cases, two were brought in dead, adding that 36 cases have been successfully managed in various hospitals across the state while four people are currently responding to treatment.    According to a report by  Vanguard , the main source of the outbreak has been traced to local consumption of Salad called Abacha, a staple food of the residents of Isolo council area. A statue of Jesus in Korea is causing a lot of reaction on social media because of its unusual depiction of the Christ.     This photo above has caused ripples online after it emerged recently.   The cause of reaction is the unsually muscular depiction of Jesus. Many internet users have argued that if Jesus Christ was that huge, he would probably not have been crucified at all. In fact, many opined that the opposite would have been the case as Jesus would have been the one crushing the people with his strength.   The photo was shared by an IMGUR user by the username, Geekologie.   He said:  "This is a Korean crucifix featuring a very muscular Jesus. I'm not entirely sure where it's located, but presumably outside the Church of Gains. Honestly, if Jesus really did look like that there probably never would have been a crucifixion, just 'the day Jesus killed all the Romans swinging a cross.'"
