Senegalese footballer Demba Ba has returned home after he had a surgery for his broken leg.
Demba suffered a horrendous leg-break on Sunday July 17th during a match with his team, Shanghai Shenhua against bitter rivals Shanghai SIPG.

Chelsea, for whom he scored 14 goals in 51 appearances, wished their former player a speedy recovery.

Following the injury, Shanghai Shenhua boss Gregorio Manzano insisted that Ba would receive “the best medical treatment” available.
He said:
“It could end Ba’s professional career. I would rather lose the game than lose Ba. God is unfair. Ba is too good to have this happened to him.”
