O my goodness, why do Nigerian like copying from thier leaders so fast, Honarable Yakubu Dogara the Speaker NASS  help us fine out the exact problem of this budget padding, knowing about the PADDING issues I start suspecting budget padding in my household.

There has been an uncovered attempts by some yet to be identified members of my household to pad my September household budget.

Areas where padding attempts were made includes but not limited to the followings.

1. Half of the money meant for yam and garri was diverted to indomie, cornflakes and shawarma.

2. The sum set aside for cleaning and laundry has been changed to purchase of diesel to power generator to watch Telemundo , Tom and Jerry and Zee world.

3. Monies for zogale, kuli kuli gari and charcoal have been tactically removed.

4. Estimates for contingency has been shifted to the vote for wonderland and millennium park weekend fun.

In one of our training sessions,my mentor collected a Nokia torch  hand set with fully charged battery.  He brought a fresh egg. Then he puts the egg and the handset together and place them into a polythene bag. He tied the bag and told us to call the phone number..... Calling....calling.. ..busy..busy.   When the battery is drained down,  he gave the phone to the owner and cracked the egg.   Behold the egg was cooked!!.. done!!!. We were surprised and asked for the explanation. He told us that every handset emits electromagnetic rays. New IG of Police Writes President Buhari for Immediate Retirement of 30 AIG's

President Buhari and the New IGP at Aso Rock   ThisDay Newspaper  has exclusively reported on monday that the new acting Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has allegedly written to President Muhammadu Buhari, recommending the immediate retirement of 30 senior police officers.   It was gathered that the police officers are of the rank of Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of police, and even though they are all coursemates with the new IGP, they are his senior in terms of promotion.   It was further learnt that some of the attempts made by some AIGs to meet and greet him since his appointment by the president was said to have proven abortive as they were blocked off.   A source who spoke to ThisDay said,  “There is serious tension at the Police Headquarters in Abuja.
