O my goodness, why do Nigerian like copying from thier leaders so fast, Honarable Yakubu Dogara the Speaker NASS  help us fine out the exact problem of this budget padding, knowing about the PADDING issues I start suspecting budget padding in my household.

There has been an uncovered attempts by some yet to be identified members of my household to pad my September household budget.

Areas where padding attempts were made includes but not limited to the followings.

1. Half of the money meant for yam and garri was diverted to indomie, cornflakes and shawarma.

2. The sum set aside for cleaning and laundry has been changed to purchase of diesel to power generator to watch Telemundo , Tom and Jerry and Zee world.

3. Monies for zogale, kuli kuli gari and charcoal have been tactically removed.

4. Estimates for contingency has been shifted to the vote for wonderland and millennium park weekend fun.

Alameiyeseigh Laid to Rest

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the deceased was buried after a commendation service by the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) on Saturday. Speaking at the burial ceremony, Gov. Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa said Alamieyeseigha’s demise was a trying time to the people of Ijaw nation. Dickson described him as “a bridge builder” who believed in what is right for his people. “A bridge builder has departed in our state; a man who knows what is right and just. “We know we have lost a true hero but we have put ourselves together and pray for his gentle soul to rest in peace,” he said. Lucky Irabor, disclosed this at a news conference in Biu on Sunday.   He said the arms and ammunition were hidden in bunkers made by the terrorists. Tukur Buratai   The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, has inaugurated a five-man panel to investigate the remote and immediate causes of the clash between the Nigerian Army and members of the Shiite Islamic sect in Zaria. Nigerians have been quick to point out a glaring error made by one of Nigeria's foremost Television outlets, Silverbird TV.     While giving a report on a gruesome killing in Rivers state where armed men killed an APC chieftain by beheading him,  Silverbird Television made an error which has gotten Nigerians talking on social media.   See what the media outlet posted below:     Instead of simply writing: "Rivers Boils as Gunmen Behead Politician" the media outlet wrote: "Rivers Boils as Gunmen Behead Politicians 'Head'"    Upon sighting the error, Nigerians immediately took to social media to joke about it.   One Matthew Enejo wrote: Soon these editors will start beheading our legs with this type of grammar...lol"   Enejo indeed echoed the thoughts of many other commenters.
