Soldier Missing While Fighting Boko Haram in Borno Over a Year Has Been Confirmed Dead

Tijani died fighting Boko Haram insurgents   A man has shared touching stories and photos of his cousin who allegedly got missing and died during an attack by dreaded terrorist group, Boko Haram.     Abdul Usman took to Facebook to pay his last respect to the fallen hero. He paid tribute to his late cousin by name Tijani aka TJ who served in the Nigerian Army.   Usman wrote:  "T.J all your friends and well wishers will always remember you because you died for their cause, you died for the liberation of your own people and your land against terrorists the invaders. Four students of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, have landed themselves in hot soup after attempting to resurrect the corpse of a 300-level student of Microbiology, Eniola Jacob. The late Eniola Jacob   The Ogun State Police Command has arrested four students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) for attempting to exhume a corpse and resurrect a 300-level student of Microbiology, Eniola Jacob who allegedly committed suicide by drinking an insecticide, Sniper, last Saturday on the campus and died on Sunday after been rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba.   The police spokesperson said during Jacob’s burial, the four students suddenly emerged and asked that the corpse be exhumed.   It was gathered that the students who attempted to resurrect his corpse were leaders of the Cherubim and Seraphim Students Fellowship on the campus which Jacob was said to have been a strong member before his death.   According to ...

A man who took things for granted and made an incriminating post on Facebook has gotten himself into serious trouble. Allah Farrad   A man Allah Farrad will be spending the next 15 and a half years of his life in a federal penitentiary because of a single Facebook post. BGR news reports that Farrad, born Marvin Buckles, was sentenced on Thursday to 188 months in a Tennessee federal prison following his 2015 conviction of being a felon in possession of a gun after an incriminating post was found on his Facebook timeline. The longtime criminal was last convicted of federal gun and drug charges back in 2000 after police found firearms and crack cocaine in his possession.
