A shameless elderly man has been caught on CCTV taking a photo up the dress of a female shopper in a supermarket.
 
 
Dailymail reports that the man was filmed committing the shocking act by CCTV cameras which captured him following a woman around before holding out his phone under her short summer dress and snapping a photo.
 
 
The incident took place in a shop in the city of Chelyabinsk in central Russia.

Stuart Bennett   An artist, Stuart Bennett, has hanged himself after no one attended the launch of his new art project which he had spent a lot of time on. 58-year-old Bennett, organised an opening day at his studio because he wanted to start teaching art to children.
