Protesting Indigenes Took Over Chevron Premises and Held Church Service There (Photos)

The indigenes allegedly held non-denominational church service on the premises of Chevron
 
Angry protesters have stormed Chevron Tank Farm in Escravos, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State and held a non-denominational church service there.
 
 
The indigenes of Ugborodo community have been protesting for days over the non-recognition of Ugborodo Interim Management Committee by oil firms operating in the area and decided to make their grievances known with the unusual protest.
 
 
Meanwhile, some leaders of the community are also expected to hold a peace meeting with the state government, the Department of State Services and the Police towards resolving the issues that led to the protest.

President Buhari   In a statement issued on Wednesday by Segun Adeyemi, the special adviser to Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information and Culture, the President Buhari-led federal government has appointed Bayo Onanuga, editor-in-chief of TheNews, as the managing director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).   In all, six new chief executives have been appointed to replace those who were disengaged in some parastatals of the federal ministry of information and culture on February 15th 2016.   The new Chief Executives are:   1. In one of our training sessions,my mentor collected a Nokia torch  hand set with fully charged battery. He brought a fresh egg. Then he puts the egg and the handset together and place them into a polythene bag. He tied the bag and told us to call the phone number..... Calling....calling.. ..busy.. busy.   When the battery is drained down,  he gave the phone to the owner and cracked the egg.   Behold the egg was cooked!!.. done!!!.
