Toyin Aimakhu Reveals Reason Why She May Not Marry Again


Yoruba actress, Toyin Aimakhu who recently separated with her husband, Adeniji Johnson over strong allegation of infidelity has revealed her plans to stay single and focus on other projects in life.

Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu has been in the news lately because of her marriage and relationship rumours.

In a recent interview, she talked about rumours that she is dating fellow actor Seun Egbegbe as well as reasons why she won’t be getting married again.

According to her,  “I don’t know where this story of me getting married to Seun Egbegbe is coming from. I think someone is behind all these.

"And I feel all these bloggers should always try to confirm their stories before publishing. First it was the story of me getting a thorough beating from Seun and now they said I am planning to marry him.

"I have said it times without number that I’m not dating Seun and I have never been beaten to a pulp by any man. Seun is my friend. You can only marry someone you are dating. And I don’t think I have time for any relationship now.”
 
On getting married again in the future she said,“I don’t think I would want to get married again. I have tried it and it didn’t work. I just want to focus on my career for now. I have loads of project that I am working on and that’s basically what is giving me joy. I am setting up a movie academy in Ibadan and I have gotten a  place that I would use for the school.”

The ongoing trial of former NIMASA Director-General Patrick Akpobolokemi over the misappropriation of government funds has continued to reveal mind-boggling revelations. Patrick Akpobolokemi A prosecution witness, Mr Emeka Emelano, Tuesday told the Federal High Court in Lagos that he did not ask why the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) paid his company N72million even though it did not bid for any contract, the Nation reports. He claimed he also did not benefit from the payments, as he transferred the money to ‘others’ accounts as he was instructed. Emenalo, sole proprietor of O2 Services Plus Nig. Ltd, had earlier testified during the ongoing trial of a former NIMASA Director-General Patrick Akpobolokemi that he was paid the sum for no contract.
