You Are a Hypocrite - Nigerians Blast Ben Murray-Bruce for Printing Book Abroad (Screenshots)

Bayelsa Senator, Ben Murray-Bruce who is popularly known as the 'celebrity' senator has been intensely bashed on Twitter over strong allegations of hypocrisy.

Vocal politician, Ben Murray-Bruce may just be the contrary example of the popular saying, ‘practice what you preach'.

Yesterday, Nigerians proved they were watching the politician closely when someone went on Twitter to ‘expose’ the Silverbird CEO for doing the exact opposite of what he has been advocating for weeks now: #BuyNaijatoGrowTheNaira.

At his 60th birthday party, which took place a few days ago in Abuja, Mr. Bruce launched his 'A CommonSense Revolution' book and shared free copies to guests in attendance. One would naturally think the ‘common sense’ speaker would have published his book in Nigeria but it appears the Senator has more faith in the American printing press.

An observant Nigerian shared book on Twitter saying: 'So, #BuyNaijaToGrowTheNaira advocate made his book in the USA.'
 
Immediately, Nigerians reacted and they took heavy shots at Mr. Bruce calling him a ‘hypocrite’ and a ‘noise maker’. One person even went as far as calling him a ‘first class fool.’

Wicked a couple have killed their own baby cutting out its private parts.   Police in Dedza, Malawi arrested the couple for allegedly chopping off private parts of their newly born baby whose body was later dumped in a pit latrine.   According to Malawi paper, M.S.T, the couple's neighbour saw what they had done and alerted the police, who immediately arrested them.   The couple reportedly wanted to use the baby's body parts for ritual in order to get rich and that was why they even got pregnant.

Fire Disaster at Kurmi Market in Kano State Goods Worth Millions Destroyed, One Person Died (Photos)

No fewer than 95 shops were razed by fire that gutted the famous Kurmi market in Kano metropolis on Tuesday night.    According to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), one person died due to suffocation and another injured following the fire outbreak. The incident which occurred around 10pm yesterday night to the early hours of today was brought under control by men of the state fire service.
