The Ekiti State governor has been seen riding on a commercial motorcycle in the state as he went about inspecting several taps in a community.

Governor Ayo Fayose who is known for his 'stomach infrastructure' manner of governance, was pictured riding on a motorcycle (Okada) around Aramoko Ekiti in Ekiti West LGA of Ekiti State today.
 
The Governor was on a mission to inspect some of the water fetching points in the community. His government had just installed portable water to the locality after 8 years without any source of portable drinking water.

Shalom Miriam Shehu   A heartbroken Nigerian woman has narrated her touching story after finding out her fiance of 3 years married another woman on Instagram.   Shalom Miriam Shehu from Borno State who is an Editor and graduate of Hebrew University, Jerusalem revealed the shocking story on her Twitter handle.      She wrote:  "I am so heartbroken. SOME OF YOU MEN ARE MONSTERS."   Then added:  "I found out on IG (Instagram) this morning that my fiance for 3 years had done his traditional wedding last weekend."     She went ahead to curse the man after revealing that she paid for his Master's degree in the United Kingdom.   "Taiwo, It will never be well with you."  she added.   As of now, the lady's heart is shattered as she revealed the incident has left her torn.

UK has revealed that it is in constant communication with the director of Radio Biafra who is being held in connection to treasonable charges by the Nigerian government. Nnamdi Kanu A spokesman for the British High Commission, Mr. Joe Abuku, said this in an email sent to PUNCH correspondent on Friday. Abuku said this in response to an email regarding Kanu’s letter to the High Commission. The vehicle conveying the students    A ghastly motor accident has claimed the lives of 14 students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan according to wide reports from the students of the school. The accident occurred at about 6pm on Monday, 8th of January along Oyo/Ibadan Expressway. The accident involved a Hummer Bus of the Quantity Surveying Department of the institution which was conveying some students and staff of the department to Oyo state on an academic trip.   It was gathered that the tyre of the 18- seater bus burst in motion and the bus somersaulted. Niger Delta Avengers   Speaking with newsmen on Thursday, the Commander, Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Delta, Commodore Joseph Dzunve, has disclosed that the suspected serial pipeline vandal and strike force leader of the Niger Delta Avengers was been arrested by the Nigerian Navy around Sapele Council Area of Delta State.   According to the commander, the suspect identified as Abraham Suru also known as Gabon from Ondo State, was arrested weeks after he had been declared wanted by the Nigerian military for being responsible incessant attacks on oil and gas facilities within Warri North and South-West Council Areas of the state.   Commodore Dzunve who said the suspect was arrested Tuesday 20 September, 2016 around Sapele where he had been hiding, noted that Gabon’s arrest was part of intense efforts by the Navy through the Operation Delta Safe (ODS) to flush out militants and other criminal elements from the region.   According to  Punch Newspaper...
