Ex Minister, Abba Moro Appears in Court Sweating Profusely (Photos)
For
playing an active role in the March 15, 2014 botched immigration
recruitment exercise that killed no fewer than 20 job seekers across the
country, former minister of interior has appeared before a federal high
court today in Abuja.

The immediate past Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, was today,
February 29th, docked by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
(EFCC) on an 11-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence,
procurement fraud and money laundering before Justice Anwuli Chikere of
the Federal High Court, Abuja.
He is being charged for his role in the botched March 15, 2014
immigration recruitment exercise that killed no fewer than 20 job
seekers across the country.

Others to be charged alongside Mr. Moro are; permanent secretary of
the ministry at the time, Anastasia Daniel-Nwobia, a deputy director in
the ministry, F. O Alayebami, Mahmood Ahmadu (at large), and the
contracting firm given the recruitment job, Drexel Tech Nigeria Ltd.
The 59-year old was spotted in the court room wearing a face cap, a
cream-coloured shirt and matching trousers, and was surrounded by his
family members and loved ones.

The Benue born politician just finished working as the campaign
director of former Senate president, David Mark in the Benue South
Senatorial District re-run.
