Bus Driver Beaten-up By Kaduna Civil Defence Officer (Photos)

An unidentified operative of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps was spotted in the northern part of Nigeria brutalising a bus driver.

The incident happened in Kaduna yesterday afternoon according to a social media user who broke the news.
 
A commercial bus driver mistakenly brushed the fender of the vehicle of a Civil Defence Corps agent. The unnamed security operative alighted from his car with an iron belt and beat up the driver mercilessly to the extent of inflicting massive injury on his head.
 
It took the sympathy and efforts of people gathered at the scene to rescue the hapless driver.

Shalom Miriam Shehu   A heartbroken Nigerian woman has narrated her touching story after finding out her fiance of 3 years married another woman on Instagram.   Shalom Miriam Shehu from Borno State who is an Editor and graduate of Hebrew University, Jerusalem revealed the shocking story on her Twitter handle.      She wrote:  "I am so heartbroken. SOME OF YOU MEN ARE MONSTERS."   Then added:  "I found out on IG (Instagram) this morning that my fiance for 3 years had done his traditional wedding last weekend."     She went ahead to curse the man after revealing that she paid for his Master's degree in the United Kingdom.   "Taiwo, It will never be well with you."  she added.   As of now, the lady's heart is shattered as she revealed the incident has left her torn.

UK has revealed that it is in constant communication with the director of Radio Biafra who is being held in connection to treasonable charges by the Nigerian government. Nnamdi Kanu A spokesman for the British High Commission, Mr. Joe Abuku, said this in an email sent to PUNCH correspondent on Friday. Abuku said this in response to an email regarding Kanu’s letter to the High Commission. The vehicle conveying the students    A ghastly motor accident has claimed the lives of 14 students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan according to wide reports from the students of the school. The accident occurred at about 6pm on Monday, 8th of January along Oyo/Ibadan Expressway.
