Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero says he has repaid manager Manuel Pellegrini's trust in him with his Capital One Cup heroics at Wembley.   The Argentine saved three Liverpool spot-kicks as City won the final 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw. Caballero, 34, was criticised after a 5-1 FA Cup fifth-round loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge a week earlier. A church has been thrown into pandemonium after the pastor was shot dead inside the church by his own brother who was sitting in the congregation.   William Schooler   70-year-old Pastor William Schooler, (pictured above) a pastor at St Peter's Missionary Baptist in Dayton, Ohio was shot and killed by his own brother, Daniel Schooler, while service was in session at the church.   According to BClems News, the choir was singing when the suspect, 69-year-old Daniel, got up, followed the pastor and shot him as he got behind the pulpit. The Federal Government has been freed from thousands of ghost workers engaging in the wastage of governmental resources without service. Kemi Adeosun   The Nigerian government said on Sunday that about 23,846 ghost workers were being removed monthly from its payroll, according to Premium Times. The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, said consequently about N2.293 billion was reduced from the total salary bill for the ministries, departments and agencies MDAs for February 2016 when compared to December 2015 when the BVN audit process commenced. The minister said the ghost workers were uncovered in payrolls of various MDAs during the ongoing bank verification number (BVN)-based staff audit and enrolment to the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS). The naira has resumed its recovery against the dollar in the black market after suffering a setback.   There are strong indications that the efforts of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to stabilise the naira may have started yielding the expected results according to the Leadership. A CBN official last week noted that the deployment of a number measures by the bank may have turned the tide in the foreign exchange (FOREX) market and led to the severe punishment suffered by currency hoarders and speculators. The CBN had earlier insisted that speculators were behind the market bubble since the upper week which dealt negatively on the naira, sending it down to an all-time low of almost N400 to the dollar. The CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, had accused speculators who connived with bureau de change operators to undermine the efforts of the bank of propping up the naira and warned that such speculators would eventually be punished by the market.
