Lagos Residents Spotted Scooping Fuel as Pipeline Bursts Open Along VGC (Photo)

A photo making rounds on social media has revealed how Lagos residents were pictured scooping fuel at a pipeline which reportedly burst open.
According to a social media user, @Adeayong who shared the photo on Twitter, Lagos residents were pictured flooding the scene of a broken pipeline and scooping fuel opposite Victoria Garden City, in Lagos.

Shalom Miriam Shehu   A heartbroken Nigerian woman has narrated her touching story after finding out her fiance of 3 years married another woman on Instagram.   Shalom Miriam Shehu from Borno State who is an Editor and graduate of Hebrew University, Jerusalem revealed the shocking story on her Twitter handle.      She wrote:  "I am so heartbroken. SOME OF YOU MEN ARE MONSTERS."   Then added:  "I found out on IG (Instagram) this morning that my fiance for 3 years had done his traditional wedding last weekend."     She went ahead to curse the man after revealing that she paid for his Master's degree in the United Kingdom.   "Taiwo, It will never be well with you."  she added.   As of now, the lady's heart is shattered as she revealed the incident has left her torn.

A dark cloud hovered above students of a department in the popular Polytechnic of Ibadan with several lives lost in a fatal road accident. The vehicle conveying the students    A ghastly motor accident has claimed the lives of 14 students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan according to wide reports from the students of the school. The accident occurred at about 6pm on Monday, 8th of January along Oyo/Ibadan Expressway. The accident involved a Hummer Bus of the Quantity Surveying Department of the institution which was conveying some students and staff of the department to Oyo state on an academic trip.   It was gathered that the tyre of the 18- seater bus burst in motion and the bus somersaulted. A commercial driver has taken his own life after his favourite candidate, Umana Okon Umana lost out at the the apex court in the gubernatorial race.   A taxi driver identified simply as Etefia, has allegedly committed suicide in Akwa Ibom State after the Supreme Court upheld the election of Governor Udom Emmanuel of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), flooring the All Progressive Congress (APC), Umanah Okon Umanah , who had challenged the initial victory of the governor.
