Hollywood star actor, DiCaprio has been pictured meeting with His Holiness, Pope Francis right inside the Vatican.

Leonardo DiCaprio, the 'Titanic' super actor who is considered one of America's finest actors was in the Vatican to meet with the Pope and discuss their mutual interest on environmental matters.

'Your Holiness, thank you for granting me this private audience with you,' DiCaprio said in Italian as he arrived in the Apostolic Palace and kissed the pope's ring.

Later, in English, DiCaprio offered Francis a book of works by the 15th-century Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch, and showed him the reproduction of Bosch's 'Garden of Earthly Delights' that had hung over his crib as a child.

UPDATE: 13 People Killed & 8 Injured in Kano GSM Market Bomb Explosion...Details

Scores were feared killed as yet another bomb blast went off in Kano state hitting a popular market in the North-Eastern Nigerian city. Three persons have been confirmed dead after an explosion believed to be from a bomb went off at the GSM market in Kano, north-east Nigeria.  At least eight persons were also injured in the blast that occurred on Wednesday afternoon though details of the explosion is still sketchy. The General Manager, Operations at Channels TV, Kayode Akintemi took to his Twitter account to give more details on the bomb blast. Check on it below; The explosion occurred less than 24 hours after a bomb blast at a crowded park in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State, left at least 34 persons dead while at least 80 others were injured.

Bundles of Naira Notes Recovered by Police from INEC Officials Bribed During Rivers Elections

  According to SaharaReporters who shared the eye-popping photos on Twitter, the Nigerian Police Force's Inspector General's investigative committee have recovered stacks of bundles of Naira notes from Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials who were allegedly bribed by Governor Nyesom Wike during the Rivers State rerun elections.   According to Sahara Reporters, the investigative committee of the Nigeria police on Tuesday, February 7, said the recovered money was given to the INEC officials as bribe by the Rivers state government. The chairman of the Police panel, DCP Damian Okoro allegedly disclosed that: "The sum total of N111.3 million was recovered from 23 electoral officials out of N360m." Armed Robber Apprehended While Playing Keyboard in Church Few Hours After Robbery (Photos)

The suspects   A 23-year-old man identified as Emmanuel Ndidi, has been apprehended by security operatives on Saturday in a church in Agbor, Delta state, few hours after he led a two-man gang to unleash terror at the Sunny Ojougboh area in Agbor.   According to a report by PoliticsNGR, the suspect who is a native of Ohunmere, said he is a Ghana returnee and was a bus driver in Ghana. He confessed that he delved into robbery so as to earn a daily living.      Speaking on why he did not go back to the driving profession, he said that it was the devil that made him not to venture into any meaningful business except crime.   He appealed that he should be pardoned as he will not steal again.
