'Spirit' Forces Man to Confess After Killing and Burying His Grandmother

It was shock and apprehension on the faces of Bongi Village residents in Chesamis Location of Kenya on Wednesday when a middle-aged man confessed to killing his 82-year-old grandmother in May, 2016.
According to the suspect identified as David Keri, his grandmother's spirit has been haunting him since he killed her as he has not had peace.
According to eDaily, the body of Gladis Naswa, who was buried in June, 2016, was exhumed for a postmortem to establish the cause of her death. David Keri, who had gone into hiding for nearly four months since committing the alleged crime in May 23, and returned to his native village Wednesday and confessed to Kimilili Police Station officers to killing his grandmother.
It is alleged that the victim was gang-raped and strangled to death.
The evil man has now been arraigned in Kimilili Law Courts Wednesday where the judge ordered for postmortem to be conducted on the late Gladis Naswa’s body.
The suspect has been remanded at Bungoma GK Prison until the postmortem report is presented before the court.
