D’banj drops EP, features Don Jazzy
Afro pop star, D’banj, recently showcased a body of works to commemorate
his 10th year as a professional artiste to a cross section of the media.
The 30-minute-long visual EP, titled An Epic Journey, showcases his musical sojourn, which began in Nigeria before he hit the international music industry.

Speaking about the project, Dbanj, who
is currently on his ‘Koko Tour’, which serves as the grand finale for
the anniversary, says, “An Epic Journey comprises continental hits like Feeling the Ni**a, Knocking on my Door, Confidential and features top stars like Akon, Idris Elba, Ice Prince, Reminisce and Cassper Nyovest.”
Asked when he intends to release his
fourth album, D’banj said, “It is still in the works. Music is universal
and I have been recording, working with different producers. I can
guarantee that eventually when you listen to the whole album, it will
have everything you want. Don Jazzy and I have worked together. The
songs will soon be ready.”
A high point of the event held at the
Silverbird Cinemas at the Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, was the unveiling of
the DKM Slot Machines.
