We were in the first class cabin, I was sitting close to the pilot, they were serving us many delicacies like cake, meat pie, red wine, palm wine, suya, roasted yam, etc. Later the plane became stuffy, I had to roll down the window. I saw everybody on the ground, I saw my house, I even saw that your fine brother. KATE: That means you enjoyed a lot on the plane. MARY : Very much! KATE : My boyfriend and I travelled to Canada too. The journey was so enjoyable except when the plane had a flat tyre. We had to park and call a roadside mechanic to replace the flat tyre. Later, we were caught up in traffic. The pilot had to come out to ...

Why Marriage is Beyond Cooking & Praying for an Hour - Pastor Chris Ojigbani Talks on Trending

Image
Pastor Chris Ojigbani   Recently, there was this controversy going on in the social media that a man shouldn’t marry a woman who doesn’t know how to cook or a woman who doesn’t pray for an hour. So, I deem it necessary to clarify the issue. As the apostle of marriage, it’s my responsibility to clarify the issue to avoid causing more delayed marriage, separation and divorce in the world.   This is the will of God concerning the issue: You must not use cooking as a criterion for choosing your spouse. Though food is important in life, cooking must not be used as a criterion for choosing a spouse. Why? I tell you three reasons.   First, a woman who doesn’t know how to cook can actually learn how to cook. Second, a woman can employ the services of a professional cook. Third, a husband can tolerate if his wife doesn’t cook very well. Tolerance is important in marriage because everybody has weaknesses, both husbands and wives. If a woman doesn’t know how t...

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce   Bayelsa state Senator, Ben Murray-Bruce, and Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, were earlier today, engaged in a twitter fight over the activities of the current APC-led federal government.   The twitter fight which went viral, was set off by a tweet posted by Japhet Omojuwa, who tweeted that Ben Bruce should not be taken seriously. "The reason I will NEVER take people like Ben Bruce serious is because when they saw a leader (GEJ) do wrong, they kept quiet.
