See the Face of the Suicide Bomber Nabbed in a Failed Attack in Gombe (Photo)

A suspected Boko Haram member has been apprehended in a failed attempt to detonate an explosive device in a crowded area.
 
Imam Imam, Media Aide to Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto state today, 25th of December, tweeted a photo of a suicide bomber who was arrested in Gombe state.
 
Reports have it that the male suicide bomber in the Billiri area of the state who disguised as a woman was nabbed before he was able to detonate a bomb attached to his body. The suspect was malhandled by the angry mob before he was handed over to security operatives for investigative purposes.

Suspected kidnappers on Saturday abducted and killed the newly appointed transition committee chairman of Jos East Local Government Area of Plateau State.   According to family sources who spoke to PremiumTimes on Saturday, the newly appointed transition committee chairman of Jos East Local Government Area, Hosea Azi was kidnapped on Friday evening along Miango road, in Kufang, near former NYSC Secretariat in Jos South Local Government Area of the state. The sources said the politician died alongside four of the six people who abducted him after the car in which they were driving him away got involved in an accident in Keffi, Nasarawa State.
