Man Utd players fighting for Van Gaal – Rooney

 Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney declared that he and his team-mates are “fighting” to save the job of embattled manager Louis van Gaal. British media reports claim Van Gaal is on the brink of the sack after a run of six games without victory and he stormed out of his weekly press conference on Wednesday after criticising the speculation about his job.

But despite rumours of discord over his methods within the United dressing room, Rooney says that the players are firmly behind the manager. “We’re fighting for the manager and trying to get results to turn this around,” Rooney told Sky Sports.
“You have a lot of people talking about things they believe are happening, when in reality the people writing that stuff don’t know anything that’s happening.” United slipped to fifth in the Premier League last weekend after losing 2-1 at home to promoted Norwich City — their third defeat in succession in all competitions.

"I Don't Want to Die" - Veteran Nollywood Actor Cries Out to Nigerians for Help

  Tunde Alabi   Tunde Alabi, a veteran Nollywood actor has been bedded by a terrible sickness.   The actor who is now reportedly fighting for his life at the Lagos General Hospital has called on Nigerians to help him.   Daily Post reports that Alabi who spoke on his sickness, said,  “I went to bed at about 8:30 pm that fateful day with the intention of waking up at 1 am. When it was about 9 pm, I had a strange expulsion on my right leg. “Immediately, the leg started burning and I screamed throughout the night. The following morning I couldn’t move the leg again. Breaking News: Kaduna Government Orders Arrest of Shiite Spokesperson

Nasir El-Rufai, governor of Kaduna State   The Kaduna State Government has ordered the arrest and prosecution of Ibrahim Musa, the spokesperson of the Shiite group, Islamic Movement of Nigeria.   Mr. Musa speaks for and signs press statements for the group which was banned by the Kaduna State Government on Friday.   Mr. Musa, after the announcement of the ban, signed a statement on behalf of the group saying the IMN would seek redress in court.   The IMN accused the Kaduna government of injustice especially as the soldiers who killed over 300 members of the group within three days in December last year had not been prosecuted.   The extrajudicial killing of the Shiites has been condemned by local and international groups including Amnesty International. 2 Artisans Arraigned by DSS for Cloning Ambode’s Phone

The suspects – Rilwanu Jamiu and Balogun Stanley Oyewole – were said to have attempted to perfect a N50 million transfer with the said mobile line. The Department of State Security (DSS), on Wednesday, arraigned two artisans before an Isolo Magistrate Court for allegedly cloning the mobile phone line of Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode. Prosecuting counsel from the DSS, Mr. Peter Okerinmodun. told Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo that the suspects were arrested after using the cloned mobile line of Ambode to send a text message to the Accountant-General of the State requesting for transfer of N50 million. He said the suspects conspired with others now at large to commit the crime on February 10, 2016 at about 10:02 hours.
