A transparency and watchdog group, SERAP, has made a list of questions former president Goodluck Jonathan must answer on the controversial arms deal scandal. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is proposing a N50 charge on every cheque leaflet obtained and used at the deposit money bank's counter.
