Funke Akindele-Bello Blasts Nigerians who use Fake Accent

Award-winning Nollywood actress and entrepreneur, Funke Akindele-Bello, aka ‘Jenifa’, recently bore her mind on Nigerians who fake American or British accent just to impress others.

 The Omo Ghetto actress who is rumored to be currently pregnant for her newly wedded husband, JJC Skilz, is of the opinion that using fake British or American accent so as to impress is quite ridiculous. 

 Baring her mind on the issue during a recent interview, Funke said “A lot of us want to be western you know, we want to sound like the British and Americans, and we forget our culture. We forget we are Nigerians and that we have an accent. South Africans are very proud of their accent.”

Husband Beats Wife Mercilessly for Refusing to Join His Church

Christine Mueni said she was beaten mercilessly by her husband and two church Bishops   A 27-year-old woman has dragged her husband of seven years and two bishops to court for allegedly attacking and injuring her in an attempt to force her to join a ‘strange’ church.   The Nairobian revealed that Christine Mueni claims her husband George Morara, Pastor Maxwell Mugendi Omari and Bishop Timothy Migwi of Bethsaida Church in Kenya assaulted her for refusing to follow their instructions that included taking photos of her family members for the men of God.   The woman claimed that the three men assaulted her by pinning her to the ground before biting and punching her. Wife of Popular Comedian Kidnapped

  Comedian, Mike Ogbolosingha   Mrs Chime Mike Ogbolosingha, the wife of the popular comedian in Rivers state, Mr Mike Ogbolosingha has been kidnapped in Obio Akpor local government area of the state.   According to Vanguard, Mr Ogbolosingha revealed that the gunmen stormed their Elenprawon residence on Sunday and abducted her.   According to him, the kidnappers who were about six in number also went away with valuables in the house.
