The kind of injustice, malpractice and corruption going on in that school is unprecedented.  The latest one is the battle for the VC's office, Since the present VC Prof. Emmanuel Kucha will be leaving by November. He has left the school damaged without recognition. I wish you can visit or talk to any of your sources in makurdi.  Anyway, more than 11 people contested for the position, as at the day before yesterday, they were reduced to 9, who went in for the final rounds of vetting and interview yesterday.
