Newly-wedded Man Shot Dead After Trying to Stop Arguing

Ricardo Vaca, a newly wedded man in Florida, USA, was shot dead after he tried to intervene in an argument between a neighbour and his wife.
 
According to police, the neigbour, Placido Moreno-Torres shot his own wife to death then also shot Vaca, who just wed recently.
 
Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested the 47-year-old Moreno-Torres late Saturday following the shooting at his home near Fort Myers.
 
Neighbours told investigators they heard Moreno-Torres arguing with his wife around 9:25 p.m. 
 
According to The News-Press, 20-year-old Ricardo Vaca heard his neighbors arguing and went to their driveway to "intercede."
 
The sheriff's report said Vaca's concern appeared to be his only involvement.
 
Investigators said Moreno-Torres fatally shot Vaca and 44-year-old Amparo Moreno before running from the scene.
 
Vaca married on the 29th of May and was expecting a baby with his wife.
 
Police have arrested Placido Moreno-Torres and charged him with two counts of homicide.

Rapper Jay Z is asking a judge to keep his financial and criminal records confidential in his 'Big Pimpin' lawsuit, insisting the documents do not pertain to the case. The hip-hop mogul has been locked in a California court battle with Osama Ahmed Fahmy since 2007, after he alleged Jay Z's hit song, Big Pimpin violates his rights to his uncle Baligh Hamdy's Egyptian composition, Khosara, Khosara, which was released in 1957. Woman wakes Up to Find 17-ft Python Slithering Around in Her Room (Photos)

  The woman, identified as Trina Hibberd, from Mission Beach in Queensland, woke on Monday to find the 5.2m scrub python in her room.   The python named Monty was stretched from her lounge room to her bedroom.   According to BBC, Monty managed to turn on a light and knock over a lamp before snake-catcher Dave Goodwin arrived to take out the reptile.   Mr Goodwin induced the snake to wrap around his forearm before capturing it inside a plastic home-brewing jug.     He told the BBC the 40kg snake was  "choking [his] arm to death"  before he transferred it into the tub.   "When you go near them they have this real deep gurgle in their throat, which means in other words don't come near me,"  he said.   To encourage the snake to grab hold of his arm, Mr Goodwin first grabbed it near the head with a pair of tongs.   "The tongs won't hold it, it's too big, so I use the tongs to divert its attentio...
