A prisoner who made a desperate attempt to escape via the toilet of the prison has been caught on camera by security operatives with a punishment awaiting him. An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her football coach.

Mfreke Effiong clubbed his father to death with a stick A disagreement between a husband and wife has led to the murder of the husband by the 25-year-old son, Mfreke Effiong, from Ikot Akpainyang Asutan village, in Ibesikpo/Asutan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
