6 Executive Members of NMA Die in an accident

Members of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) of the Ekiti State Executive members were involved in an autocrash.

Confirming this report, Secretary of the Lagos state Medical Guild, Dr Sunday Luro said, “six doctors who delegates of Ekiti State Branch of the NMA to our Annual Delegates Meeting and General conference in Sokoto are involved in a road crash between Abuja and Kaduna today (Sunday). This is a huge loss to NMA.

May their souls rest in peace!”

Suspected kidnappers on Saturday abducted and killed the newly appointed transition committee chairman of Jos East Local Government Area of Plateau State.   According to family sources who spoke to PremiumTimes on Saturday, the newly appointed transition committee chairman of Jos East Local Government Area, Hosea Azi was kidnapped on Friday evening along Miango road, in Kufang, near former NYSC Secretariat in Jos South Local Government Area of the state. Patrick Akpobolokemi A prosecution witness, Mr Emeka Emelano, Tuesday told the Federal High Court in Lagos that he did not ask why the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) paid his company N72million even though it did not bid for any contract, the Nation reports.
