Petrol Tanker Goes Up in Flames in Osun

A petrol tanker today, 29th of April caught fire in the Iree town area of Osun state.
  
According to an eye witness, the tanker was meant to deliver petrol to a filling station at poly junction around 4pm today, but before the tanker could move into the filling station, it suddenly caught fire thereby throwing the driver and residents in disarray as they scampered to safety.
 
Fire Fighters were called to the scene to stop the fire from spreading and causing further damages. It is not clear if any death or injuries to human beings were recorded in the inferno.

69-year-old Herbalist Marries 18-year-old Girl As 57th Wife in Enugu (Photos)

A man with an avid taste for having several women under his roof as wives, has married his 57th wife in Enugu.     The 69 year old herbalist, Chief Simon Odo, married an 18 year old girl, Chidinma, as number 57th wife.   According to Vanguard, the who hails from Enugu state, took the girl from Okutu, in Nsukka Local Government Area of the state, last November.   Odo, also known variously as Onuwa, King Solomon of Africa or King of Satan was however married to 68 women but some of them had earlier died.   The police officer caught while stealing   A police officer has been filmed stealing things from a passenger's suitcase at the airport. The shocking incident happened at the ANR Robinson International Airport on the Caribbean island of Tobago.   According to  TrinidadExpress.com , officer Brian Stephens was caught leading a sniffer dog around the airport luggage area as he opened and removed items from the bag. Scores were feared killed as yet another bomb blast went off in Kano state hitting a popular market in the North-Eastern Nigerian city. Three persons have been confirmed dead after an explosion believed to be from a bomb went off at the GSM market in Kano, north-east Nigeria.  At least eight persons were also injured in the blast that occurred on Wednesday afternoon though details of the explosion is still sketchy. The General Manager, Operations at Channels TV, Kayode Akintemi took to his Twitter account to give more details on the bomb blast. Check on it below; The explosion occurred less than 24 hours after a bomb blast at a crowded park in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State, left at least 34 persons dead while at least 80 others were injured.
