In the video, the soldiers and the crew of CNN takes the battle to Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno state, where insurgency has been most notorious. The reporter shows the devastation left by the dreaded Boko Haram terrorists as they force their way on the helpless people of Borno.

Many Nigerians illegally living in Libya have been ejected from the country after being found guilty of overstaying their welcome. The Libyan Government Friday deported 172 Nigerians over several immigration irregularities according to the Nation. The deportees arrived the hajj camp area of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport around 7:00am comprising 166 males and six females. The Public Relations Officer, Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, Mr. Ekpedeme King confirmed the deportation with a correspondent on phone, but could not give the registration number of the aircraft that brought them into the country.
