Justice Umar Makes TWO Major Rules at the CCT

The trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal resumed today with a change of rules and regulations during the case hearing for the purpose of orderliness.

CCT Chairman, Danladi Umar introduced 2 new rules to the trial . The rules are :

(1) Use of camera phones and iPads are now prohibited.
 
(2) All security men with rifles in the courtroom would henceforth stay outside the courtroom.
 
Rumours have it that the decision must have been arrived at to reduce the activities of pressmen saturating the online media with diverse reports during the legal proceeding especially the confrontation between the Judge and lawyer to Saraki, Oluyede which went viral on social media.

69-year-old Herbalist Marries 18-year-old Girl As 57th Wife in Enugu (Photos)

A man with an avid taste for having several women under his roof as wives, has married his 57th wife in Enugu.     The 69 year old herbalist, Chief Simon Odo, married an 18 year old girl, Chidinma, as number 57th wife.   According to Vanguard, the who hails from Enugu state, took the girl from Okutu, in Nsukka Local Government Area of the state, last November.   Odo, also known variously as Onuwa, King Solomon of Africa or King of Satan was however married to 68 women but some of them had earlier died.   The police officer caught while stealing   A police officer has been filmed stealing things from a passenger's suitcase at the airport. The shocking incident happened at the ANR Robinson International Airport on the Caribbean island of Tobago.   According to  TrinidadExpress.com , officer Brian Stephens was caught leading a sniffer dog around the airport luggage area as he opened and removed items from the bag. UPDATE: 13 People Killed & 8 Injured in Kano GSM Market Bomb Explosion...Details

Scores were feared killed as yet another bomb blast went off in Kano state hitting a popular market in the North-Eastern Nigerian city. Three persons have been confirmed dead after an explosion believed to be from a bomb went off at the GSM market in Kano, north-east Nigeria.  At least eight persons were also injured in the blast that occurred on Wednesday afternoon though details of the explosion is still sketchy. The General Manager, Operations at Channels TV, Kayode Akintemi took to his Twitter account to give more details on the bomb blast. Check on it below; The explosion occurred less than 24 hours after a bomb blast at a crowded park in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State, left at least 34 persons dead while at least 80 others were injured.
