#Football News: Nigerian/Watford Striker, Odion Ighalo Ranks Third Highest Earner in Watford FC

Daily Sports UK reports that Nigeria's Odion Ighalo is the third highest earning player in Watford FC of England.

The highest paid player in Watford is Mario Suarez, who earns about £45,000, while team captain Deeney Troy pockets £35,000 a week.
 
Ighalo is third in the club's salary rankings with earnings of £30,000 weekly. Ighalo has scored 14 league goals this season. Ighalo is currently one of the most sought after African strikers in Europe following his fine form this season.

EFCC to Invite Peter Obi Over $115m Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) may soon invite erstwhile governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, over the $115 million Peter Obi    Allegedly received from former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, by  Fidelity Bank, according to Today News. .   But the anti-graft commission is reportedly seeking clarifications from his successor, Governor Willy Obiano. Sources at the EFCC noted that during the build-up to the 2015 presidential election, Alison-Madueke invited Nnamdi Okonkwo, Managing Director, Fidelity Bank, to help her handle some cash, which would be disbursed to electoral officials and groups. It was learnt that Okonkwo recently arrested by EFCC told his interrogators that he was under instructions from Obi, believed to be one of the owners of the bank, to go to Alison-Madueke’s residence in Abuja for a “financial transaction that could benefit the bank.” A source at the EFCC said ...

A woman who could not cope with the sudden death of her beloved husband committed suicide in a most horrifying way. Anurag and Monica Aggarwal   A 36-year old woman whose husband died of cardiac arrest committed suicide by jumping from the eighth floor of her Noida flat on Tuesday.    According to Noida police and residents of Prateek Laurel in Sector 119 where the couple lived, Anurag Aggarwal, 39 was rushed to Fortis Hospital following complaints of chest pain Tuesday afternoon.   “He died in the hospital after a cardiac arrest at 2 pm. His wife, Monica Aggarwal (36) jumped from the balcony at around 3 pm. She was rushed to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.
